Our Composite Geomembrane Liner seamlessly combines the best features of both geotextiles and geomembranes. The geotextile layer fortifies tensile strength, while the geomembrane offers outstanding impermeability, leak prevention, and resistance against moisture, tears, and punctures. In municipal solid waste systems for landfills, its primary role is to minimize leakage through minor seep holes that might develop in the geomembrane component of the liner. Our versatile composite geomembrane liners find extensive application in landfills, wastewater treatment, road construction, aquaculture, landscaping, and agriculture.
Crafted through the advanced technique of heat-bonding nonwoven or woven geotextiles with HDPE geomembranes, our Composite Geomembrane Liner is produced via calendaring processing technology. It is formed by pressing one or two geotextile layers onto the geomembrane layer in a continuous far infrared ray heating oven. Enhanced with polymer and anti-aging materials during production, it is designed to perform exceptionally well even in unconventional temperature environments.
