Our Composite Geomembrane Liner masterfully merges the benefits of both geotextiles and geomembranes. The robust geotextile layer significantly enhances tensile strength, while the geomembrane provides superior impermeability, leak and moisture resistance, as well as exceptional tear and puncture resistance. Primarily, this composite geomembrane liner plays a crucial role in municipal solid waste systems for landfills by minimizing leakage through any minor seep holes that may form. Widely adopted in landfills, wastewater treatment, road construction, aquaculture, landscaping, and agriculture, our liner is a testament to versatile and reliable engineering.
Our Composite Geomembrane Liner is meticulously crafted through the heat-bonding of nonwoven or woven geotextiles combined with HDPE geomembranes via advanced calendaring processing technology. In a state-of-the-art continuous far infrared ray heating oven, one or two geotextile layers are seamlessly pressed to the geomembrane layer, with polymer and anti-aging materials incorporated during production. This ensures the liner's optimal performance in both conventional and unconventional temperature environments.
