Plastic blind pipe is a three-dimensional porous material formed by heating and melting thermoplastic synthetic resin, extruding fiber filaments through a nozzle, and fusing them together to form a three-dimensional porous material. It is wrapped with geotextile as a filter membrane outside the main body, and has four structural forms: porous rectangle, porous rectangle, porous circle, and hollow circle, with various size specifications.
Plastic core is mainly made of thermoplastic synthetic resin, which is modified and extruded into thin plastic filaments through a nozzle in a hot melt state. The extruded plastic filaments are then fused together at the nodes through a molding device to form a three-dimensional mesh structure.
