Composite Geomembrane Liner effortlessly combines the unparalleled advantages of both geotextiles and geomembranes. The geotextile layer significantly enhances tensile strength, while the geomembrane layer offers exceptional impermeability, leak and moisture resistance, and superb tear and puncture resistance. Primarily designed for municipal solid waste systems in landfills, this composite liner effectively minimizes leakage through minor seep holes that occasionally form in the geomembrane component. Our composite geomembrane liner finds extensive application in landfills, wastewater treatment, road construction, aquaculture, landscaping, and agriculture, making it a versatile solution for various industrial needs.
The Composite Geomembrane Liner is meticulously crafted by heat-bonding nonwoven or woven geotextiles to HDPE geomembranes using advanced calendaring processing technology. This composite liner is seamlessly formed by pressing one or two geotextile layers onto the geomembrane layer within a continuous far-infrared ray heating oven. Enhanced with polymers and anti-aging materials during production, it is engineered to perform seamlessly even in unconventional temperature environments, ensuring robustness and longevity in diverse applications.
