Our Composite Geomembrane Liner masterfully combines the unparalleled properties of both geotextiles and geomembranes. The geotextile layer significantly enhances tensile strength, while the geomembrane layer offers superior impermeability, leak resistance, moisture proofing, and exceptional tear and puncture resistance. This advanced liner is pivotal in municipal solid waste systems for landfills, substantially minimizing leakage through potential seep holes in the geomembrane component of the geocomposite liner. Our versatile composite geomembrane liner is extensively applied in landfills, wastewater treatment, road construction, aquaculture, landscaping, and agriculture, serving a multitude of crucial functions.
Our Composite Geomembrane Liner is meticulously crafted through the process of heat-bonding nonwoven or woven geotextile with HDPE geomembranes using state-of-the-art calendaring technology. This sophisticated liner is seamlessly created by pressing one or two geotextile layers onto the geomembrane layer within a continuous far-infrared ray heating oven. During production, polymer and anti-aging materials are integrated, ensuring the liner's resilience in unconventional temperature environments.
