Our Composite Geomembrane Liner ingeniously combines the strengths of both geotextiles and geomembranes. The geotextile component significantly enhances tensile strength while the geomembrane ensures superior impermeability, leak resistance, and robustness against moisture, tearing, and punctures. This innovative product is pivotal in municipal solid waste systems for landfills, effectively minimizing leakage through potential seep holes in the geomembrane layer. With its versatile applications, our composite geomembrane liner is extensively utilized in landfills, wastewater treatment, road construction, aquaculture, landscaping, and agriculture.
The Composite Geomembrane Liner is manufactured through the sophisticated calendaring process, where nonwoven or woven geotextiles are heat-bonded with HDPE geomembranes. This process occurs in a continuous far-infrared ray heating oven, where pressing one or two geotextile layers onto the geomembrane forms the final product. Incorporating polymers and anti-aging materials during production allows the liner to thrive in unconventional temperature environments.
