The Composite Geomembrane Liner seamlessly combines the strengths of both geotextiles and geomembranes. The geotextile layer significantly boosts tensile strength, while the geomembrane ensures superb impermeability, leak resistance, moisture protection, and resistance to tears and punctures. In municipal solid waste systems for landfills, its main function is to minimize leakage through tiny seep holes that can occur in the geomembrane. Our liner is extensively utilized in landfills, wastewater treatment, road construction, aquaculture, landscaping, agriculture, and more.
The Composite Geomembrane Liner is crafted by heat-bonding nonwoven or woven geotextiles with HDPE geomembranes through advanced calendaring technology. This liner is formed by pressing one or two geotextile layers to the geomembrane layer within a continuous far-infrared heating oven. During production, polymer and anti-aging materials are incorporated, making it suitable for unconventional temperature environments.
